Ambrosia & Nectar Bar Services was born out of a simple realization: luxury, custom-crafted cocktails were missing from the catering world. While catering companies often provide food and basic beverages, they rarely offer the kind of high-end, tailored bar experience that elevates an event from ordinary to unforgettable.

We saw an opportunity to fill this gap by blending exceptional mixology, elegant presentation, and seamless service, creating a mobile bartending solution that brings the sophistication of a luxury cocktail bar to any venue. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or private celebration, our mission is to ensure that guests don’t just enjoy drinks—they enjoy memories crafted in a glass.

Who

Jamie Solis has spent nearly a decade as a Director of Nursing, where precision, professionalism, and exceptional service are non-negotiable. But when she hosted an important university graduation party, she expected the same level of care from her hired bartender—and was sorely disappointed.

Instead of enjoying her night, Jamie spent the evening leaving her own party to train the bartender on how to make basic drinks. The lack of preparation, inconsistency, and unprofessionalism ruined what should have been a perfect celebration.

Determined to fix the industry's problem of overpromising and underdelivering, she co-founded Ambrosia and Nectar Bar — a company built on expertly trained bartenders, custom-crafted cocktails, and seamless service that never leaves hosts scrambling to fix mistakes.

Now, Jamie ensures that every client gets the high-quality experience they deserve, so no one else has to go through what she did.

Isaiah Solis founded Ambrosia & Nectar Bar after witnessing firsthand how overpriced and underwhelming the bar service industry can be.

With seven years in the food industry, including two in a high-end luxury restaurant where every detail had to be flawless, he worked over 100 events and kept seeing the same issue — catering companies charge premium prices for bar service, yet the experience rarely matches the cost.

Drinks are generic, inconsistent, and uninspired, offering nothing truly tailored to the event. Guests expect something high-end, but what they get is barely better than a standard open bar. Determined to change that, Isaiah created Ambrosia & Nectar Bar — a company that actually delivers on the luxury price tag.
